For those of you who know me, you know I grew up living in one of the most beautiful parts of South Africa - The Garden Route. Plettenberg Bay was my home and I loved it. The ocean had such a massive part to play in how I grew up - fishing, bodyboarding, swimming, junior lifesaving (aka nippers), beach volleyball, beach cricket, beach football, snorkelling, long beach runs - ok, you get the picture.
I've been living inland on an island (??) for over four years now and I don't think a day goes by when I don't think about beach life of the past *sigh*. So when I came across this clip via F-Stoppers, I just had to share it - it made my day. BBC have done an awesome job of filming something so majestic and surreal...
